Refund Policy
The short version
First purchase: full refund within 7 days, no reason needed. Renewals: cancel before the next charge instead; renewals aren't refunded. Ask by email or through Whop.
This covers what you buy here: the connector and the Club. Scripts bought in the TradingView Marketplace are refunded by TradingView, under its own rules.
1. First purchase
- You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the purchase, for any reason.
- This covers one first purchase per person. Buying again under another account or username doesn't restart the window.
- Once refunded, your connector access and Club membership are removed.
2. Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time in your Whop account; you keep access until the end of the paid period and aren't charged again.
- Renewal payments aren't refunded. If a renewal went through by mistake, write to me within 48 hours of the charge and I'll look at it case by case.
3. Trials and discounts
If a plan comes with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged. A purchase made with a founder or launch discount follows the same rules as any first purchase.
4. What isn't refundable
- Trading losses. The subscription pays for software and materials, not for results.
- Outages on TradingView or your exchange, or your own TradingView plan not supporting a feature (webhook alerts, for example).
- Access removed for breaking the Terms of Service.
- The unused part of a period after you cancel: access runs to the end of the period instead.
5. How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or open a case in Whop's Resolution Center. Say which purchase and, if you like, why: it helps me fix things, it doesn't change the answer.
- I reply within 3 business days and issue the refund through Whop. Whop returns the money to the original payment method; banks usually take 3–7 business days to show it.
- Paid with crypto? The refund goes to a wallet address you give me, in the same currency and amount; network fees are deducted.
6. Chargebacks
Write to me before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both sides a fee; an email takes a day. Access is suspended while a chargeback is open.
