Terms of Service

Effective 24 October 2026. Operated by Sergey Fedorov, an individual seller based in Luxembourg, 2 rue des Fleurs, L-3468 Dudelange, Luxembourg. Questions: [email protected].

1. What this is

These terms cover everything sold or given away under the Meanward name: the TradingView scripts (Meanward Revert Signals, Meanward Revert Strategy and any later ones), the written guides and videos, the members' group (Meanward Club) and the connector (Meanward Platform). "I", "me" and "the Operator" mean Sergey Fedorov, an individual seller based in Luxembourg, who runs this site and sells what's listed here. "You" is the person buying or using any of that.

By buying or using any of it you accept these terms, the Risk Disclaimer, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't buy and don't use.

2. What you're buying, and what you're not

You're buying software and educational material:

  • access to the connector on the terms of section 6, for as long as your subscription runs;
  • membership of the Club for the same period;
  • the guides and the backtest methodology that go with them.

You're not buying any of this:

  • investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or advice tailored to you;
  • a signals service: the scripts produce signals from rules you can read and change, and I don't send you trade calls;
  • money management: I never hold, move or manage your money, and I never ask for it outside the checkout;
  • any promise about results. See the Risk Disclaimer.

I sell software as an individual. I'm not a licensed investment firm, and nothing here is supervised by a financial regulator.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract where you live. If trading leveraged crypto derivatives is illegal or restricted for you, buying access doesn't make it legal: that's on you to check.

4. Access to the scripts

  • The scripts are published on TradingView as invite-only scripts. They aren't sold on this site or through Whop.
  • Once they're listed in the TradingView Marketplace, they're sold there. TradingView takes that payment, and its own terms and refund rules apply to it.
  • Until then, I grant access by hand, on request, to the TradingView username you give me. I can decline a request, and I can remove access at any time.
  • Access is for your own use. You can't share it, resell it or lend it.
  • You need your own TradingView account and whatever TradingView plan the features you want require (webhook alerts, for example, need a paid TradingView plan). TradingView's own terms apply to your use of TradingView, and I don't control TradingView's availability or its decisions.

5. Payments, renewals, cancellation

  • Purchases are made through Whop at https://whop.com/meanward. Whop processes the payment; I don't see your card details.
  • Sergey Fedorov is the seller. Whop handles payment processing, invoicing and, where Whop is registered to do so, the collection of sales tax or VAT. Prices are shown at checkout, including any tax that applies to your location.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in your Whop account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then.
  • If a payment fails or is charged back, access is removed until it's settled.
  • Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
  • Prices can change. A change applies to your next renewal, and I'll tell you at least 14 days before.

6. The connector (Meanward Platform)

The connector receives the alerts you send it from your TradingView account and places the matching orders on your exchange account through API keys you give me. This section applies only if your plan includes it. Read it twice: it's the part where real money moves.

6.1 Your keys, your account

  • You create the API keys on your exchange and you own them. Create them with trading and read permissions only. Never enable withdrawals or transfers on a key you give me; if you do, that key breaks these terms and I'll disable it when I see it.
  • Restrict the key to the IP addresses I give you, where the exchange supports it.
  • You can revoke a key on the exchange at any moment. That's your off switch, and it works even if I'm unreachable.
  • I store keys encrypted at rest, use them only to place and manage the orders your alerts ask for and to read your positions, and delete them when your plan ends or when you ask. Details: Privacy Policy.

6.2 What the connector does and doesn't do

  • It executes what your alerts say: open, add, update the take-profit, close. The rules that produce those alerts are the settings you chose in the strategy. I don't check whether a trade is a good idea, and I don't change your orders on my own initiative.
  • It's a best-effort service. Alerts can arrive late or not at all (TradingView side), the exchange can reject an order, the network can fail, and the connector itself can be down. Any of that can leave a position open without a take-profit, closed at a different price, or not opened. You monitor your exchange account; the connector doesn't replace that.
  • It runs on the exchange account settings it needs (for example hedge mode and the leverage from your alerts). Setting those changes how your other trades on that account behave, so run it on an account or sub-account you use for this strategy only.
  • The connector is in early access while it says so at checkout. Early access means features change, outages happen and the service can be paused or withdrawn with notice.

6.3 Responsibility

You're responsible for every trade placed on your account, including trades placed by the connector from your alerts, for the settings that produced them, for the money you put on the account and for the leverage you set. I'm responsible for running the connector with reasonable care. I'm not liable for trading losses, missed profits, liquidations, exchange outages, exchange rule changes, TradingView outages, or losses caused by keys with permissions you shouldn't have granted.

7. What you can't do

  • Share, resell, rent or publish the scripts, their source, the guides, presets or the Club content.
  • Try to extract the source code of invite-only scripts or work around TradingView's access control.
  • Use the materials to run a signals service, a copy-trading product or a managed-money service for other people without a written agreement with me.
  • Pass yourself off as me, or post as if you were speaking for Meanward.
  • In the Club: no spam, no promotion of other products, no "guaranteed returns" talk, no harassment. I remove people for that, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

The scripts, guides, presets, videos, name and logo belong to me, Sergey Fedorov, or to my licensors. You get a licence to use them for your own trading, nothing more. The mean-reversion channel inside the scripts is derived from the open-source Mean Reversion Channel by fareidzulkifli, used under its terms with credit. Open-source scripts I publish on TradingView carry their own licence in the script description.

9. No warranty

The scripts, materials and the connector are provided as they are, without any warranty that they're accurate, complete, error-free, uninterrupted or fit for your purpose. Backtests are backtests: they depend on the data, the fees and the assumptions in the TradingView strategy tester, and they don't predict anything.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. I'm not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, however caused. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Ending the agreement

  • You can end it by cancelling the subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • I can end it immediately if you break section 7, if your payment is charged back, or if TradingView removes my ability to grant access. If I end it for a reason that isn't yours, I refund the unused part of the current period.
  • I can stop offering a product with 30 days' notice. Prepaid periods beyond that date are refunded.

12. Changes to these terms

I can change these terms. I'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for changes that matter, email you at least 14 days before they apply. If you don't agree, cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. I sell as an individual, but I sell regularly, so under EU consumer law I count as a trader. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live, including the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, and you can bring a claim there. Before any formal step, write to me at [email protected]: most things get sorted in a few emails. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Risk, plainly: trading can lose you some or all of the money you put in. Meanward is software, not financial advice. I don't sell signals, manage money or promise returns. Backtests and past results don't predict future ones.
