Changelog

What changed in each version of the scripts and the connector. The docs always describe the latest version.

On this page

TradingView gives every subscriber the latest version of each script, so the docs describe only the latest one. This page is where the older ones live, as a list of what changed. The version is in the script's name on your chart, for example Meanward Revert Strategy v1.49.

Since Signals 1.10 and Strategy 1.45, input labels are frozen: new versions don't rename existing inputs, they only add new ones at the end or in the 🧩 Reserved group. That matters because TradingView carries your saved settings over by label. A renamed input would quietly go back to its default.

Meanward Revert Strategy

1.49 (16 Oct 2026)

  • The Risk profile input is gone. It overrode 24 risk inputs without changing what the settings dialog showed, which was confusing. Every input now trades exactly as you set it.
  • The presets stay, as a table of values you type in by hand: Risk presets.
  • Had Risk profile on something other than Manual? After the update the strategy trades the values in the dialog, not the profile's. Type the preset's values in, then recreate the alert.
  • Its place is Reserved 1 again, so the group 🧩 Reserved holds Reserved 1–5. With Risk profile at Manual, 1.48 and 1.49 give the same backtest.

1.48 (16 Oct 2026)

  • Hedging: when the tester doesn't have the margin to open the reversing order of a hedge, the strategy no longer counts that bar as the end of the episode. It shows the dashboard row Hedge reverse rejected and a HEDGE REJECTED label on the chart, and sends no close or update for it.

1.47 (15 Oct 2026)

  • Hedge episodes now go out as alerts for the connector: opening and closing a hedge, its adds and its break-even target. With hedging off, alerts and backtests are the same as in 1.46.

1.46 (14 Oct 2026)

  • New input Risk profile (group 🎚 Risk profile): Manual, Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive. It overrode the key risk inputs of both bots; Manual changed nothing. Removed in 1.49.
  • It took the place of the first reserved input, so the group 🧩 Reserved now holds Reserved 2–5.

1.45 (13 Oct 2026)

  • The interface is in English: every input, group, option and dashboard row. Labels are frozen from this version on.
  • The input layout is final, with a 🧩 Reserved group for future settings.

1.44 (2 Oct 2026)

  • Public name: Meanward Revert Strategy.

1.43 (2 Oct 2026)

  • Opposite-signal exit (group 🔁): closes a position on a chosen opposite signal when it's at least a set % in plus, instead of the % TP.

1.42 (15 Sep 2026)

  • Channel line exit: Close at line only in profit and Min profit at line, %.

1.41 (13 Sep 2026)

  • Higher-timeframe averaging: each add level can take its signal from the chart or from one of two higher timeframes (group 🪜).

1.40 (12 Sep 2026)

  • Channel line exit (group 🎯): close at the mean or a zone line instead of the % TP.

1.38 (10 Sep 2026)

  • Trading hours filter (group ⏰): two time windows, block or allow mode, a weekend switch.

1.37 (3 Sep 2026)

  • Auto add size by distance to TP (group 🎯 Auto add size).

Meanward Revert Signals

1.10 (13 Oct 2026)

  • The interface is in English. Labels are frozen from this version on.
  • Six alert conditions: FADE Long, FADE Short, CONSENSUS Long, CONSENSUS Short, Small zone touch, Deep zone touch. See How it works.
  • A 🧩 Reserved group for future settings.

1.9 (2 Oct 2026)

  • Public name: Meanward Revert Signals.

1.8 (29 Aug 2026)

  • Analysis range (group 📅): draw signal labels only between two dates.

1.7 (9 Aug 2026)

  • Label format S-… / L-… for FADE and divergences.
  • Divergence labels moved from the pivot bar to the confirmation bar, where the signal actually becomes available.
