One input, and it gates every signal: how far toward the channel edge the bar's close must go before a signal can fire.

The channel with its zone bands: wide rose bands above the mean, wide sage bands below

General zone for signals

Group 📍 General. Default: Small zone.

Each signal group has its own zone selector (FADE zone, RSI zone and so on). When that selector is Off, the signal uses this general zone. Set the general zone itself to Off and every signal that relies on it stops firing.

The zone edges are laid out around the channel bands (see Channel and zones), from the closest to the mean to the farthest:

OptionWhere the edge sits
Ultra-small zoneOn the inner band, R1 / S1
Small zone (default)Inside the outer band
Central zoneOn the outer band, R2 / S2
Deep zoneBeyond the outer band

The check is always on the bar's close: at or above the upper edge for short signals, at or below the lower edge for long ones.

How it changes the chart:

  • deeper zone: price has to stretch further from the mean, so you get fewer signals, each one further out;
  • shallower zone: more signals, earlier in the move.

Notes:

  • The ultra-small zone edge is the inner band R1/S1. It sits well inside the outer band and moves if you change either band multiplier.
  • The chart draws the small and deep zone edges (the wide bands) and the outer band (central zone). The inner band is hidden by default; switch it on with Show inner band in Channel and zones.
  • Drawing and logic are separate: you can hide the channel and the zones still work.

Analysis range

Group 📅 Analysis range, near the bottom of the dialog. A debugging aid; you don't need it for normal use.

InputDefaultWhat it does
Limit the rangeoffDraws signal labels only between Start and End. TradingView keeps at most 500 labels per script, so on a long chart the oldest ones disappear; this is how you look at signals in the middle of history.
Start15 Jun 2026Start of the range. The time zone is set in the picker (the exchange's by default).
End31 Dec 2099End of the range.

Only labels are limited. Signals, CONSENSUS and alerts are computed on all bars as usual.

Reserved

Group 🧩 Reserved: five inputs named Reserved 1–5. They do nothing. They hold places for future settings so that adding one doesn't reset the values you've already set.
