FAQ
Short answers to the questions people ask before and after they subscribe.
Is this a signal service?
No. You get the scripts, the settings and the guides. Nobody sends you trades and nobody manages your money. If someone offers that in my name, it's a scam: I never DM first and never ask for money.
What do I need on the TradingView side?
The indicator runs on any TradingView plan, free Basic included. Its alerts need a paid plan.
The strategy with the connector needs a plan with webhook alerts: Essential or higher, with two-factor authentication on. One alert runs one symbol, so your plan sets how many symbols you can automate: 20 on Essential, 100 on Plus, 400 on Premium. On Essential and Plus an alert expires after 2 months, so put the date in your calendar. I use Premium: alerts don't expire, and Deep Backtesting is what my backtests run on.
TradingView plans as of Oct 15, 2026. They change; the current list is on tradingview.com/pricing.
Which markets and timeframes does it work on?
Built and backtested on crypto perpetuals. The logic doesn't depend on the market, and Binance and Bybit also list perpetuals on stocks, ETFs and commodities, 200+ on each. I haven't backtested those yet, and the connector hasn't traded them. Backtests are next.
I run it on crypto perpetuals on Binance, on 3- and 5-minute charts. The scripts load on any symbol and timeframe TradingView has, stocks, commodities and FX included; whether the strategy works there is what the strategy tester is for. Run it on your own chart before you trade it.
How do I get the scripts?
They aren't sold yet. Meanward Revert Signals and Meanward Revert Strategy go on sale in the TradingView Marketplace once they're listed there. Until then, message me on Telegram, @svfedorof, with your TradingView username and ask for access. Step by step: indicator, strategy.
What's the difference between the plans?
The plans are for the Club and the connector.
- Club: the closed Telegram group, and soon the indicator's signals on several timeframes in its closed channel. No connector.
- Platform: the connector and the Club.
- Platform Expert: the connector with hedging when it ships, a separate chat with me, and an early look at what I'm testing: backtests, settings and results before they're released.
What does my plan let the connector do?
Without a subscription, or on Club, the connector opens nothing. On Platform and Platform Expert every order goes out at the size the alert sends. Hedge commands are refused on every plan except Platform Expert, and the strategy doesn't send them yet anyway. Closes and TP updates always go through, whatever the plan or subscription state, so no position is left without its exit. Full table: plan limits.
What's the connector, and do I need it?
The service that takes the strategy's alerts and places the orders on your own exchange keys, then reports to Telegram. You don't strictly need it: the alerts are plain JSON over a webhook, and you can route them anywhere that understands the format. Guides for 3Commas and WunderTrading come when they're tested; today the format doesn't work with them as is.
Is my exchange key safe with you?
The key you create has no withdrawal and no transfer rights, so the worst it can do is trade. It's stored encrypted and never displayed again, not even to me. You can revoke it on the exchange at any moment, and from then on nothing can trade. More: Exchange keys.
What results should I expect?
None are promised. Backtests are in the tester on your own chart, drawdowns included, and the way I run mine is on Backtest methodology. The live record goes public when there's enough of it.
Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
Cancel any time from your Whop account; the connector and the Club stay with you until the end of the paid period. The first payment is refundable within 7 days. Trading or backtest results aren't grounds for a refund: the tester is there to check before you subscribe. The full text: Refund Policy.
I changed a setting and the bot still trades the old way. Why?
A TradingView alert stores the settings from the moment you created it. After any change on the chart, delete the alert and create it again. See TradingView alert.
The tester shows losing trades, but the stop loss is off. Is it broken?
No. The tester counts every entry of a cascade as its own trade, and the early entries close below their own entry price even when the whole position closed at its TP. The dashboard groups them the way the bot sees them. Explained with an example: Dashboard and tester.
What happens if the connector goes down?
Every position's TP is a regular order on the exchange, placed right after the entry, so it still fills. What you lose during an outage are new entries, adds and closes from the strategy. A command that was mid-execution when the connector restarted is checked against the exchange and finished or marked when it comes back.
Where do I ask questions?
Meanward Chat for questions and setups; Platform subscribers also get the Club group. Access to the scripts: Telegram, @svfedorof. Billing and keys: [email protected].
